Aaron is a technology strategist with over 10 years of experience directing teams to build, fund, and acquire aerospace technologies.
He served as a Tech Acquisitions & Strategy Advisor at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2015 to 2022. In this role, he developed strategic planning for aerospace related technology acquisitions, led business development and capture for new engineering and software business lines, and was as a trusted advisor to United States Air Force procurement leadership. He also founded a corporate incubator for developing data-driven solutions where he collaborated with startups, top universities, and the aerospace industry’s early-stage entrepreneurial ecosystem to create growth opportunities for the firm and its aerospace clients.
Aaron advised Illuminate Ventures, an early-stage VC investor focused on enterprise cloud and mobile computing companies. He conducted end-to-end to deal operations leading to the first institutional investment in technology companies, and headed scouting of investment candidates through incubators, accelerators, and other channels. In 2020, he developed the firm’s Fund III strategy which focused on new market tailwinds resulting dynamic shifts in the SaaS industry. Aaron also founded and operated an autonomous last mile delivery platform.
As a systems engineer, he led teams in building and certifying cyber security software products for uncrewed aircrafts and weapon systems at Northrop Grumman Corp. He also coordinated product development and global field operations for Global Hawk UAV drone and radar tech programs at Raytheon Company.
Aaron holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at Penn and a MS and BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California.
